West Main Bakehouse was founded by Holly King who has been involved in the Bakery business for 25+ years. Her family has previously owned and operated King's bakery in Cambridge along with currently operating the King Bakery Donut Cart, which Holly remains actively involved in. West Main Bakehouse specializes in custom cakes and confections made from scratch using the finest local and imported ingredients, with many ingredients grown and produced on King's organic farm. Holly also offers consulting services to small businesses.
West Main Bakehouse is also a response to local breweries looking for Spent Grain products. Left over grain is a byproduct of the brewing process and these grains can still be turned into some delectable baked goods. Trials of these new products are ongoing for this new product line.
